Today I have begun the 100 Push-up Challenge! This is a six-week 3x/week program that is supposed to get you to do 100 push-ups by the end of the program.

Monday (week 1)

rest 60 seconds between each SET (longer if required)

up to 5 push ups

6 – 10 push ups

11 – 20 push ups
