Okay kids.  I am really bad at being a food blogger.  Maybe I should scratch the below attempts and try again…?  Maybe I should.

Monday morning started out just fine.  I enjoyed a nice hot french press of coffee.  I needed it because I ended up working 7:30 am – 11pm.  Yes, I worked 17 hours on Monday.  That is never fun.  I literally came home from work and went to sleep.  Never fun.

After a gym session in the morning, I was hungry but had to wait until I got to the office to eat breakfast.

Eating while driving is never a good idea, though for some reason I still snapped a picture of the POM juice while driving.  That’s bad with a capital B.  I drank a few sips to refresh myself on my drive to work.

Thanks to me not carrying around my digital camera, the Blackberry has become a portable alternative to carrying my camera.

I know.  I’m a horrible food blogger.

The rest of my Monday was spent snacking, with no formal meal until about 4:00 pm when I had some carrots & hummus  and a mug of tomato soup.

I worked late because it was an agenda meeting with Council.  Those meetings tend to go late into the night.  I did avoid the pizza that was ordered.  I ate a few pitas chips when I got home (yes, at 11:30), but nothing “damaging”.

Tuesday:  I woke up at 5:00 am in an attempt to not miss the gym.  I ended up getting to the gym at 6:00 am which isn’t bad considering I stopped for coffee at Burger King.  By the way, Burget King has the worst coffee known to man.  And(!!) they don’t even add the cream and sugar to it for you!  Bananas.

Breakfast looked much like yesterday.

Jared and I went to look at a few rental properties with our RE Agent which is always an adventure.

Came home “early” (7:00pm) after a quick stop to subway where I enjoyed a half of a veggie sub (unpictured).

I am going to re-try this whole food blogging thing again.  It has kept me more mindful of things I consume, its just getting a habit to form.
